By downloading or using the SmartGLP1 app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use SmartGLP1.
2. Not Medical Advice
SmartGLP1 is an educational tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the app — including medication level estimates, plateau analysis, correlation insights, missed-dose guidance, and AI coach responses — is educational only and may not apply to your situation. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any decision about your medication, dosing, diet, or health. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something shown in SmartGLP1.
3. Emergencies
SmartGLP1 is not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your device and backup passphrases secure. Encrypted backups cannot be recovered without your passphrase.
5. Subscriptions
Optional Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The SmartGLP1 app, name, and website content are the property of SmartGLP1 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SmartGLP1 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartGLP1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or website, including decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
